Melissa Jill :) - Hi Erin--my graphic designer got them made through http://www.lightninglabels.com
erin - These look great! I am just now working on getting CDs with my logo. No more silver ones with Sharpie written on them! Mind if I ask where you get yours done?
Nate Henderson - Wow, they are great, and remind me that we need to do the same. We've just created hand-made pamphlets for our clients that I think express something of what you're talking about here. Thanks for the inspiration!
Melli - I totally understand where you are coming from with regards to the list. I approach it the same way - I try to get as much of the list checked off, but will not beat myself over it if I don't. But the list motivates me to try new things, test things.
And - awesome packaging by the way!
Yuka photo art - This is what I am thinking about right now.....a lot of options. Your choice is great! Very simple and stylish!
Yada Guerrero - Love them!!!!! and it is earth-friendly as you said, love them more! ;)
maile - your packaging looks beautiful Melissa! Also, i just looked at your list and am impressed by how much of it you've accomplished!! Good job girl! :)
courtney - Love this! I think its absolutely beautiful and simple and classy. :)
kelli - love it, Melissa. I'm a sucker for packaging and stationery too! where did you order yours from?
rich m - "Packaging is SO important. It tells you something about what is inside. What its value is. What its quality is like." Sooooo true! Especially when we give our clients DVDs will all the images at full-res, they need to know that we care about what is on those discs, etc, and that they're so, so valuable.
Teodora - Hi Melissa! Congrats on checking out one more point on your list! By the way, this packaging is SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL! Love it! :)
denise karis - well done! its really clean and beautiful! I was totally just reading your 101 list like, yesterday and thought it had been a while since id seen a check :P
And I have to ask where you ordered your stickers. :)
Alan and Karen Woo - Beautiful Melissa. A great example of packaging is to go to Japan. The Japanese wrap up their packages so neatly that you don't want to open the wrapping.
Maria Nissen - Another winner idea! Does your brain ever rest?!
Jody - Yes very classy. Like your work. Don't change a thing..I think this is awesome. Esp. the hand written note =)
Mark A Higgins - I have a two for one for your list. Drive on up to Flagstaff and take a road trip on Route 66. Take a little side trip to the Grand Canyon and watch sunrise. I flew into Phoenix in October 2007, drove up to Flagstaff and did the road trip to LA for three days shooting along the way before heading on down to San Diego for a gallery opening. My favorite trip of all time!
Heather Corporan - I see this and think SIMPLE. CLASSIC, and just plain beautiful. It looks timeless. Which is how I would want a bride and groom to think of there day and photos. A+ : ]
Gail - BEAUTIFUL Melissa! So crisp and clean - love it!
Darrin Ballman - looks awesome Melissa - very, very classy and clean. Great reminder about "the list" too!
Tanya Mills - So classy! (And great work on persevering with your 101 list. I've got to get back to mine...)
Tira J - Congrats on checking another item off your list. I have been slowly developing my packaging with the branding I have. The latest addition has been stickers from an awesome company called Maverick Label. Looks Great MJ!
